Returns

Gather will issue a refund for items returned within two (Gather) business days.  A store credit will be given for any merchandise returned after two business days and up to two weeks after purchase.  No returns accepted after two weeks.  (Please see our approval policy below).  Thanks for understanding our limitations as a small business :)

Special Orders

Gather offers many items that can be customized to your specifications. We will also special order items that are not in stock.  All special/custom orders must be prepaid. We will not accept returns on special or custom orders.

Approvals

Not sure a piece will work? We want you to be happy with your purchase and encourage you to take home accessories and home decor items on approval for 48 hours. Simply leave credit card information with us and live with the piece in your own environment before making your decision.  

Payment Methods

Gather accepts all major credit cards. Cash and checks are always greatly appreciated.
